All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
